u11-u19  boys & girls teams
(US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer teams)
Level(s):
MYSA Black (or equivalent)
MYSA Blue (or equivalent)
(not accepting MYSA League 1 or equivalent teams in 2020)
Cost:
11U-12U - $350 / team
13U-14U - $375/ team
15U-18U - $395 / team
Deadline:
May 15th , 2020

6th Annual Albertville Friendly City Days Tournament

The 6th Annual Albertville Friendly City Days Tournament is open to all Boys and Girls soccer teams in the u11-u19 age groups.  Teams will play 3 full length games over 2 or 3 days against other teams in their competitive divisions. 

Championships will follow pool play.

  1. 3 Copies of team roster
  2. Digital Player Passes or Printed passes
  3. Medical Release Forms

  • Please have 3 official rosters filled out in alphabetical order.
  • Digital Player Passes or printed player passes

Medical Release Forms

All players must have medical release forms in order to participate in the Albertville Friendly City Days tournament.

Club medical release forms are ok.  If you do not have medical release forms. Please use the one at the link below.
